Hi!

Hi!

“The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,” the ancient Chinese Taoist sage, Lao Tzu, once said.

You have taken the first step!

I’m Margaret — a counselor, researcher, and author of two books on Falun Gong, an ancient spiritual meditation practice.

I show individuals like you how to adopt ancient wisdom for modern living.

I share anecdotes on embracing ancient wisdom into our daily life.

Ancient wisdom is not a benefit. It is a philosophy—a way of life, the way my mother who passed on at 103 brought me up.

My mission is to:

  • Enthuse you to find out more the practice of Falun Gong.
  • Inspire you to embrace ancient wisdom & anecdotes
  • Share traditional and mindfulness strategies you can immediately integrate into your life to regain peace and inner balance.
